RevoluGen Ltd., the UK genomic tools developer, today announces that the has restructured to simplify its share structure and strengthen the Company’s commercial position.
As part of the restructuring, the Company has executed new shareholder agreements. Following the restructure, the directors of the RevoluGen Ltd are confirmed as Pieter Haitsma Mulier, Dr Erling Refsum, Ann Simon PhD, Adam Peake, Stephen Minter PhD, Martin St Quinton MBA and Alex Kaye.
Simon Davenport QC who acts as general Counsel to the Company has been appointed as Chairman of RevoluGen’s Corporate Governance Committee.
Pieter Haitsma Mulier, CEO of RevoluGen commented “With our streamlined and simplified shareholder structure, RevoluGen is now in good shape to launch our financing round to fund the development and commercialisation of its DNA extraction and purification technology, Fire Monkey / Fire Flower.
